Independently rider owned and operated, Westlife Distribution LLC is dedicated to designing and manufacturing world class products in outerwear, apparel, footwear and accessories. Westlife is proudly home to the 686® technical apparel company, Matix® clothing and exclusive partner of New Balance® and Dickies® licensed products.
TM5150 began working with Westlife Distribution in 2011 to support their existing digital platforms which required an annual design refresh and seasonal catalog updates for both 686 and Matix websites. While Westlife enjoyed the benefit of maintaining the same platform for several years, it became increasingly clear that the technology of their platform was becoming outdated and limited to standard E-Commerce capabilities.
By the end of 2013, Westlife knew they had outgrown their legacy platform and needed a new solution that could meet the demands of their projected growth for at least the next five years. TM5150 worked with Westlife’s internal operations, accounting, creative and sales teams, as well as their ERP partner, Innovative Systems, to plan a comprehensive and detailed solution that was capable of managing their website content as well as their national and international sales channels for both Brands. Within four months of the project kick-off, the new platform was launched and the Westlife sales team was able to immediately manage their B2B sales for the upcoming season with more efficiency than ever before. The consumer websites for both 686 and Matix also benefitted from many new features that were part of the new platform such as shoppable lookbooks and a mobile optimized website.
Westlife Distribution now has the digital platform and the continued service from TM5150 to support their growth for many more years to come.
