In 2012, The American Council on Exercise hired TM5150 to launch a brand platform for ACEfit.com that targeted general consumers and helped spread their mission to provide unbiassed, evidence-based health and fitness information to all. TM5150, having ample experience in the sports and fitness industry, were an ideal fit for the non-profit organization.
The brand platform was created with two goals in mind: the first was to build awareness within the general public that ACE is a reliable source of health and fitness information. Second was to connect people with certified trainers. The website launched on January 1, 2014, with huge success. Falling directly in line with New Year’s resolutions, the site garnered thousands of page views and traffic driven by online ads, press and traditional advertising.
Shortly after, TM5150 kicked-off an extension of ACEfit.com called the Resolution Evolution. The focus for this micro-site is on the community aspect of heathy living while bringing year round relevance to New Year's resolutions.
Following the success of the first two projects, ACE and TM5150 worked together to build a robust custom platform that powers multiple "healthy lifestyle" programs which people can subscribe to and follow online from their computers and mobile devices. Programs such as "28 Days to a Healthier You" and "Half Marathon Walking Program" are driven by content created by ACE certified trainers. Each program provides subscribers with daily activities, helpful tips, articles and videos. Subscribers also have options to receive email and/or mobile text reminders, track their progress and interact with ACE trainers and other subscribers within the program.
This platform is designed for "white label" applications, meaning each program can be integrated and presented as a stand-alone website or easily embedded to any website, both options having huge revenue potential.
